Webinar: QCTO Update

At the end of June 2023, there will be a seismic shift in the Skills Development space, which will have a huge impact on organisations and their workforces.

The QCTO will be taking over the running of the Skills Development sector and as a result, historical learnerships will be phased out and will be replaced with occupational qualifications.

In our May 2023 webinar, Ubuhle’s National Projects Director, Anand Krishna and Project Manager, Rolandie Delport explain how this will impact the sector and the companies that operate in this landscape.

Using the learnings already gained from the pilot QCTO learnership that Ubuhle is implementing for one of South Africa’s leading retailers, Anand and Rolandie also provide practical recommendations that businesses can apply immediately to get their QCTO journey off the ground. Topics range from learner registration to facilitator certification, integration of the three components (knowledge, practical and workplace experience) to the EISA exam and much more.
