Skills Development: A changing landscape
The future of occupational training lies with the QCTO and we are ready for the impact this will have on the Skills Development and B-BBEE landscape. Here are some of the changes that are being made:
Qualifications
All learnerships and skills development qualifications and part qualifications must be QCTO accredited occupational certificates.
Training Providers
All training providers and assessment centres must be accredited by the QCTO to deliver occupational qualifications.
Learning Modules
Learning modules will replace unit standards as modules are more substantive, allowing for better integration and portability.

Training Options
On-Site
All classroom training and workplace experience takes place at client’s premises.
Off-Site
Where suitable on-site facilities are not available, Ubuhle will source an acceptable off-site venue for training.
eLearning
All our QCTO occupational certificate courses are available on our online elearning platform.
Your Perfect Skills
Development Partner
We can host your unemployed learners at our Johannesburg and Durban learnership centres for the full 12 months of the programme. Working a full day, from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, your learners work through a structured learning and mentorship programme.
