The Ubuhle HR People Management for Line Managers Programme (PMLM) empowers both newly appointed managers and line managers to understand the principles of people management and to manage their teams positively and productively in order to serve the business goals.

Advanced Management Skills for Executive Assistants, Senior PA’s and Administration Professionals
This 3-day course is designed to assist with developing the PA in becoming a strategic partner to their managers and executives. The PA will learn how to:
- Develop strategic skills in partnering with their boss
- To take on more responsibility
- Manage their time and work more effectively and efficiently

Employment Equity Workshop
This training programme enables managers and consultation forums to work together effectively to ensure a constructive business transformation process.

Work Readiness & Employability Programme
To empower first time employees, graduates, interns and learners on learnerships to be accountable and to shape workplace behaviour that serves the workplace and drives productivity.

Team Leader Development Programme (TDP)
The purpose of this programme is to provide Team leaders (Patterson B) with the essential knowledge and skills to ensure the best possible results and performance of their teams. The TDP programme is the first step in preparing potential leaders for future advancement.

Supervisory Development Programme (SDP)
This programme is aimed at newly appointed managers, company supervisors and team leaders (Patterson C). It helps supervisors understand their roles and provides them with tools for achieving sustainable organizational goals. It focuses upon setting clear outputs for subordinates and monitoring these in line with improving performance and productivity.

Management Development Programme (MDP)
The Management Development Programme (Patterson D) has as its core purpose the empowerment of high performing managers with best practice leadership skills

Women Leadership Programme (WLP)
The purpose of this WLP is to strengthen female leadership on a personal and professional level, in organisations, as well as in society.
